Mail-in Rebates

 

  1. Purchase just five (5) or more eligible products and save receipts (items need not be purchased on the same shopping trip).  *
  2. Fill out a form that can be found here on our website
  3. Send in your original cash register receipts with eligible items circled to:

  4. Receive a check back as a refund within 4-6 weeks.

 

Note: No photocopies will be accepted.  Receipts must be dated in 2010. Requests must be postmarked by January 31, 2011.
